PokeGuardian Podcast #28 - VSTAR Universe, Dark Fantasma, Top 300 of PTCG Illustration Contest 2022

Welcome to the PokeGuardian Podcast. This is the 30th episode.

The hosts of the show will be Taj from PokéTaj, Zakariya (PrimalLugia), the webmaster of PokeGuardian.

And in this episode, we'll discuss the Pokemon GO set that was released last weekend in Asia, and if it will live up to the excitement after some extremely cool cards were revealed.

There are some really cool future sets and items for Japan, with the main ones being the High Class Pack Set VSTAR Universe and the Paradigm Trigger Set scheduled for Q4 2022. There's also a Mystery Box with a promo pack that contains one of four V cards, with Lugia V confirmed.

We also learned the first details on a Diamond Clan Special Set / Pearl Clan Special Set, with Adaman and Irida receiving their own unique product! Do you have an interest in finances? We'll talk about how over 9 billion Pokemon cards were sold in fiscal year 2021/2022, which is a tremendous quantity. Finally, we'll discuss promotions such as the P-Lab. Project Mischievous Pichu Promo and the surprising news that the Pikachu on the Ball promo will be available in Game UK stores later this year.

Lastly we have a returning guest all the way from England on our episode: Ryan from Braysh Gaming and co-owner of Kādo Collectables.
