Pokemon has revealed the Heavy Hitters Premium Collection. It will launch on September 01, 2022 and includes several reprinted cards in this product.
Lucario V and Tyranitar V are from Fusion Strike, the regular Lucario is from Brilliant Stars and the regular Tyranitar card is from Darkness Ablaze. Unknown if those regular cards have a different foil treatment.
This product seems more targeted for a black friday deal in the USA similar to the Jirachi GX Collection Box and the Small But Mighty Premium Collection from 2020.
