The Pokémon Company has launched Pokémon TCG for Taiwan and Hong Kong. This set seems to be combine sets from SM1 to up until SM4 and will also combine Shiny cards from GX Ultra Shiny / Hidden Fates.
The first set will release on October 9, 2019. And there is a launch event in Taiwan planned for it on October 11, 2019. Details are are yet unknown.
The language of the cards is traditional (Mandarin) Chinese. It's yet unknown if these cards in printed in the Japan factory. Thai and Indonesian cards are currently printed in Japan in the same factory as Japanese cards are printed.
