Amazon Japan has listed an officially licensed called 'Pokémon Card Game SHOULDER BAG BOOK'. This Pikachu-themed Pokemon Card Game shoulder bag will be available on August 21, 2022 for 2904 yen. It's a shoulder bag that can hold a variety of items, including Pokemon Card Game merchandise, as the name implies. The product description is referring to a book/magazine, but it's nowhere to be seen yet.
This item is currently available for pre-order on Amazon Japan. More information may be available soon on the official Pokemon Card website.
It's worth noting that there is no Pokemon Card Game branding visible on the product, only Pikachu branding.

The booklet features an interview with Ryogo Matsumaru and comments from celebrities who love Pokémon and Pokémon cards, and comes with a special item: a multi-pouch or 2-way shoulder bag.
