At least Germany is getting a Celebrations Premium Playmat Collection—Pikachu V-UNION version of the Celebrations Pikachu V-UNION Special Collection with 2 more Celebrations packs, 1 more SWSH-era pack, and a 25th Anniversary themed playmat. It has been listed at a specific retailer for €49,99 compared to €35,99, that indicates it will cost roughly €14 more than the regular version. It has a release date placeholder of mid October 2021. 

The regular version of the Celebrations Special Collection—Pikachu V-UNION only says 'Special Collection' on the box, and this version specifically says 'Premium Playmat Collection' on the box. 

An English product image also has surfaced after investigation, but there are no listings available. We are still investigating if this specific version will be listed in English along with the correct product details. It seems that this image has been released early, alot of UK retailers have listed this image of the Premium Playmat Collection Version, but only refer in the product details to the regular version of the Celebrations Special Collection—Pikachu V-UNION which costs less.
