Yes, a Special Art Espeon promo!
A special product called Eevee Heroes - Eeveelutions Set will release on May 28, 2021. It will cost 11,330 yen.
This box is similar to the Legendary Heartbeat (Marnie) Pokemon Card Gym Set, the Shiny Star V Nessa Set and the S5a Matchless Fighters Klara & Avery Set. The artwork will feature Eevee and the Eeveelutions.
What's unique to this product, is that it contains a special Espeon VMAX Special Art promo exclusive to this product. This product releases on the same day as the subset S6a Eevee Heroes.
As of publication, we don't know if the Pokemon Center Online will offer this product via lottery system again similar to the Silver Lance & Jet-Black Poltergeist Pokemon Center Pokemon Store Set, which was only sold online at Pokemon Center Online (Japan) via lottery due to the high demand. We will update this article when we know more.
Update 4-5-2021: This product will be openly available for sale in Japan only at Pokemon Center, Pokemon Store, Pokemon Center Online and Pokemon Card Gym Stores. There is no mention of a lottery or anything related to that, so you can expect a first come, first served system at the Japanese Pokemon Center Online store. This product is limited to 1 product per person at the Pokemon Center Online store.
Pre-orders for this product, at the Japanese Pokemon Center Online store will start from 10:00 AM (JST) on May 7, 2021 (Friday).

Anyone knows how the whole lottery works, when you're from overseas? I see some poketubers order limited PKCO stuff all the time, but I have not the slightest how to do it myself :/

Tried to buy it for myself. It was 3 am here. Spent until 4:15 am refreshing because the site kept giving errors bcus of overflow. Finally got through at 4:15, Sold out. They are printing a new wave with a lottery to make it fair it says on the site. I buy these with a proxy address I got from JPN Depot. They get it at the warehouse and sent it abroad for you. Isnt that an option? Anyhow, good luck from a fellow eevee collector!
