This is the first set of year 2 of Sword & Shield TCG. Just like the Japanese S1H / S1W Sword & Shield (base set) dual set of last year, this will be a dual set in Japan too.
Update: The international version of this set also has been revealed later today, called Sword & Shield - Battle Styles.
The Rapid Strike and Single Strike mechanic has been introduced in the Pokémon TCG. Rapid Strike and Single Strike Urshifu V / VMAX have been revealed. Many new Rapid Strike / Single Strike cards such as Tyranitar V and Empoleon V, have also been revealed als new V cards with the new Rapid Strike / Single Strike mechanic.
