There's a FA version of Alakazam V but not regular? Is it a promo?

Also, this set isn't all that great in terms of playability...

Yes, there is an Alakazam V box. This set is actually pretty good in terms of playability, especially Coalossal VMAX and Donphan/Phanpy. Basically all of the Vs and VMAXs can be played in new or existing decks, just see Ptcgradio's coverage of new good decks in Japan. The single-prize Pokemon (besides Donphan) are okay, although I have my eye on the new Krookodile.
