It features 2 versions with Mewtwo EX and Slowbro EX, and Dragonite EX and Pidgeot EX as promo cards, oversized cards of Mewtwo EX or Dragonite EX and 10 Evolutions packs. It will at least release in Canada, no information yet about any distribution in the USA and other regions. We can assume it will get a release in the USA. It's no surprise it's a way from TPCi to get rid of remaining Evolutions packs.

Is there a legit way to pre-order? Or do I have to go through a third party seller? I’d like to avoid collectorscache and trollandtoad, seeing as I’ve had horrible experiences with them previously.
