Winners Revealed of The Second Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix

The winners have been revealed by Creatures. There were a total of 4050 entries submitted during this contest, and 50 were selected. Congratulations to Jirō (次郎 さん), the winner of the Grand Prize! Not known how they will distribute the Grand Prize Winner card. Last year, the previous contest winner was printed as a Pokémon Center promo.

A second Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix has been announced, in follow up to the first Illustration Grand Prix earlier this year. The theme will be “Cool moments of Pokemon”. Last year Gardevoir won and was given as a free Pokémon Center promo. 

 

The scenes will be: Scenery of the forest / Or the city.

You can choose 1 Pokémon out of these 8 Pokémon:

  • Charizard
  • Pikachu
  • Tyranitar
  • Milotic
  • Lucario
  • Genesect
  • Wishiwashi
  • Zacian

 

The application period will be during December 9, 2019 - March 31, 2020. This competition is for Japanese residents only, and the winners will be revealed in June 2020. Most likely during the Japan Championships 2020 livestream.
