This is more of a GLC question. If I used Cacturne 20/168 from Celestial Storm on a Benched Pokemon when Manaphy 41/172 from Brilliant Stars is in play on the opponent's team, does the attack still go through because it " damages isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance or any other effects on that Pokemon?" Do Pokemon with attacks that state something similar "isn't affected by any other effects on that Pokemon?" ignore all abilities as well? Thanks in advance
