You can get a Eevee promo on September 2, 2026 if you bring  products and play with it at participating Pokémon Card Game GYM stores nationwide in Japan. 

This promo card got the same card moves as Eevee from the recently released Starter Set ex Eevee ex, but with new artwork. 

You bring your own deck, and play with it in a tournament, you get the Eevee promo as a participation prize.
