Celebrate 30 years of Pokemon Cards!
Pokemon Company (Japan) revealed their 30th Anniversary set named MEGA Expansion Pack 30th CELEBRATION releasing September 16, 2026 globally. For the TPCi (English International) version Pokemon TCG: 30th Celebration, click here.
This set introduces a new rarity named FUR (Futuristic Rare) with Mewtwo ex and Mew ex, illustrated by new artist YOSHIROTTEN. They have introduced this artist on their website.
Also 30th CELEBRATION includes illustrated cards, including AR cards, depicting various aspects of a day (night and day), these are Espeon & Umbreon, and AR cards of Lapras, Hisuian Zorua, Lycanroc and Drifloon.
30 different holographic Pikachu cards featuring unique illustrations by 30 different illustrators are also in this set. Every single booster pack includes 1 of these 30 Pikachu cards guaranteed.
And to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, 30 iconic cards from its history will be available in special editions with special foiling.
So far, Charizard from First Expansion Pack and Pikachu & Zekrom GX from Tag Bolt have been revealed.
