Mega Evolution - Phantasmal Flames Officially Revealed

The Pokémon Company International has officially announced the next expansion in the new Mega Evolution Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, called Mega Evolution - Phantasmal Flames. This set is scheduled to launch on November 14, 2025.

This set introduces Mega Charizard X ex card in the Pokemon TCG, which was teased earlier in August.

Also additional Mega ex Pokemon make their entrance in the new set such as: Mega Gengar ex, Mega Lopunny ex, Mega Heracross ex and more.

All product images have been revealed. The Elite Trainer box & Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box features a Charcadet illustration rare-style promo card.

Noteworthy:

The Official US press release confirms release (specifically) on November 14, 2025 in the U.S., Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

As of now: There is no European press release or any mention on European Pokemon.com or social media platforms yet of this set by European Pokemon accounts. This could have something do with the Mega Evolution delay recently announced in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. Originally scheduled for September 26, 2025, Mega Evolution will now launch on October 10, 2025 due to delivery challenges.
