This consists of a Black Bolt White Flare Deck Building Tournament for Japan, in this tournament you can potentially win a BWR style Victini promo via Winner/Rock Paper Scissors Award or if you win the tournament. Also various reprints will be given out in promo packs.
2000 Players at home can also win this Victini BWR Promo via a lottery system, but there will be 5000+ copies distributed each at the Black Bolt/White Flare deck building tournaments this year in 3 terms, making this roughly over 17000+ copies of this Victini BWR promo. Please scroll down in the article for a breakdown on these promo distribution numbers.
This event starts on June 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025. The second term starts on July 19, 2025 - August 31, 2025. A third term starts on September 1st, 2025 - onwards (no end date mentioned).
If you participate you will recieve a Promo pack that includes 1 random trainer promo out of 8. These include various reprinted trainer cards including a new SR rarity print of Cheren.
You also recieve additional 4 random (out of 8 total) stamped Basic Energy cards in the classic Black & White series style with the event logo stamped.
