Sinistcha & Teal Mask Ogerpon from Twilight Masquerade will be a store promo for at least GameStop Canada, Best Buy USA & EB Games Australia / New Zealand. Gamestop USA has not been mentioned.

According to TPCi: You get a Sinischa Promo with any Pokémon TCG purchase of $15 or more at Best Buy USA. You get a Teal Mask Ogerpon Promo with any Pokémon TCG purchase of $15 or more at GameStop Canada and EB Games Australia & New Zealand. The promo cards will be available starting on release this friday, while supplies last.
