This card is a reprinted version of Charizard from Vivid Voltage / S4 Astonishing Volt Tackle.
It's a late reprint for Japan because this artwork was revealed first 1 year ago as one of our Vivid Voltage Prerelease promos and since then, Japan never got this artwork. Since we got them first for Vivid Voltage, only 7-Eleven Taiwan gave out this Charizard Promo if you pre-ordered 1 Shiny Star V Booster Box in Taiwan.
