This card reveal is not randomly picked. Earlier today, a collaboration between Pokemon TCG and Pokemon Masters EX revealed a Two-Year Anniversary Celebration Lillie & Lunala Playmat Campaign Prize that you can win in a lottery. Only 250 playmats will be given away.
The 25th Anniversary Collection set will release on October 22, 2021. These cards will most likely be included in our International 25th Anniversary Celebrations set.
