Sword & Shield - Chilling Reign Officially Revealed

The sixth set of the Sword & Shield TCG named Chilling Reign has been revealed by the Pokémon Company International.

This set will be mainly based off the Japanese upcoming main expansion set S6H / S6K Sword & Shield - Silver Lance / Jet-Black Poltergeist.

This set will likely consist of the following Japanese sets:

The set includes:

Over 190 cards
Dozens of recently discovered Pokémon from the Galar region
15 powerful Pokémon V and 8 enormous Pokémon VMAX
New Single Strike and Rapid Strike cards
More than 25 Trainer cards and 3 new Special Energy cards

Chilling Reign will release on Friday, June 18, 2021.

If we read the set description, it has been confirmed that Ice Rider Calyrex V / VMAX and Shadow Rider Calyrex V / VMAX will be in this set. Ice / Shadow Rider Calyrex from the Crown Tundra DLC in the Sword & Shield videogames will make it's debut in the TCG. Also Galarian Articuno V, Galarian Zapdos V, and Galarian Moltres V have been semi-confirmed in the set description.
