Well, this is big. They haven't revealed any V cards from this set that doesn't have a VMAX evolution, so this is the first plain V card from this set. Also, I think they are going to release a Pikachu VMAX box internationally, because they've released two Pikachu V promos in Japanese. One of them was featured in a V powers tin, but the other one is seen nowhere but in Japan on september 18 in the "pika! pika! Pikachu!" promo card campaign (Japanese) They also released a Pikachu VMAX promo in Japanese, but it is going to be in the same campaign as the unreleased Pikachu V. So if there isn't a full-art pikachu V in Japanese as a non-promo, then there will be the Pikachu promo card campaign Pikachu V in the Pikachu VMAX box (similar to the Eternatus VMAX box). So, if I am right, then it will release around January third or fourth, and will likely consist of:
-1 full-art promo or normal promo featuring Pikachu V
-1 promo card featuring Pikachu VMAX
-1 metallic coin featuring Pikachu or Gigantamax Pikachu
-1 collector's pin featuring Pikachu or Gigantamax Pikachu
-6 Pokémon TCG booster packs
So, I guess that we will just wait to see if these deductions are correct! I hope they are, because Pikachu VMAX will be hunted like Charizard VMAX was, and so people could just buy a box and get a Pikachu VMAX. So, I'll see if they have it released around january! Good luck with the pulls!
