We are bringing Card of the Week back. We stopped this last year, but we thought it would be a nice idea to highlight cards every week.
This week the following card will be featured: Limited Lottery Prize card Abareru-kun 320/SM-P promo featuring comedian and tv show host Abareru-kun ( あばれる君 ) from the Japanese TV show Pokénchi (ポケんち)!
This promo was available during December 7, 2018 to February 28, 2019. Only 5000 copies were given away, making this card a limited promo card. This card has risen in price recently and is selling as of now (6-9-2020) for roughly $100-110 USD in Japan.
You could obtain this card via a lottery system, if you purchased packs of SM9 Tag Bolt. An application ticket was included in each pack. You needed to cut and paste the ticket on the Application form and submit it to Pokemon via mail. There were also other prizes to win besides this promo card.
