Update 22-8-2019: digital images added of the promo cards;
We now have obtained high resolution images of the Hidden Fates Pin Collection Mew / Mewtwo.
I can already see that illustrator kawayoo was comissioned to illustrate Mewtwo, that will be the promo of the Mewtwo Pin Collection. The Mew promo looks like to be the work of Masakazu Fukuda. This of course has yet to be confirmed.
Update:
We now got confirmation from Fukuda-san himself, that Mew is indeed his work!
